The Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist is responsible for providing comprehensive care to women across all stages of life, including antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and gynaecological services, while ensuring safe maternal and reproductive healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynaecological consultations.
2. Manage antenatal, labour, delivery, and postnatal care.
3. Perform normal and assisted vaginal deliveries.
4. Perform Caesarean sections and other obstetric and gynaecological surgeries.
5. Diagnose and manage gynaecological disorders.
6. Attend obstetric and gynaecological emergencies.
7. Counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, infertility, menopause, and preventive care.
8. Coordinate care with paediatricians, anaesthetists, physicians, and nursing staff.
6. Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
7. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
8. Participate in community outreach programmes, women's health awareness initiatives, and CMEs.

Qualification:
MBBS with MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Valid State Medical Council registration.
Above 1 year of post-qualification experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Experience in managing antenatal care, deliveries, Caesarean sections, and gynaecological procedures is preferred.
